Today I'm going to speak about community-building frameworks.

There are many of them out there, from civic management to web3. But today, I thought I'd share the "Orbit Model", which is common in the DevRel (Developer Relations) space:

The premise of Orbit is that you can measure 'love' when it comes to community activity and health.

And that measuring this is essential for measuring true community "success."

Other metrics have been used to gauge "love" for a product, including the notorious NPS (Net Promoter Score).
