Bitcoin, Social Networks & "Sense of Community"
Daily #101
Happy Monday Wayfinder!
In case you missed it yesterday, I shared my weekly review here (about how I turn recruiters into clients). Hopefully, you found it useful!
Also, on Friday, I hit 100 days of writing! 🎉
Sidenote: Yesterday I decided to join a cohort called "Great Founders Write." The reason for this is that, even though I've been writing for 100 days, I need more focused peer reviews to help improve overall. This is on top of the rhetoric course I'm doing with Harvard and my general blockchain client work. If you'd like to join the writing cohort with me, click here to get $40 off. We start Sep 21st!
Today is short and sweet. I'm going to share with you an article I wrote back in 2019, about the correlation between Bitcoin, social networks, and building a "sense of community."
Tomorrow, I'll discuss how Twitter emerged as a "small world network" (a concept described in the article above), and how that + its app design led to certain behaviors we see on the platform today.
